Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue or use the search facility, then click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards or you can place your order by telephone or fax if you would prefer.
Please note that due to the costs associated in processing an order we have a minimum order value of £29.00 + VAT
Shipping And Handling
All goods must be signed for upon delivery.
The delivered items must be checked when received and any faults or carrier damage must be reported within 2 working days so that we can claim against the courier. If damage to the goods is not reported in 2 working days then we will not be able to offer a free of charge replacement.
A variety of couriers are used depending on size of goods or if the items come direct from the manufacturer but if the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will normally be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number so you can arrange another date for the delivery or arrange to pick the goods up from the depot.
Please note that for Non-UK mainland deliveries over 20 kg, the delivery cost may vary from the online order price. If there is a change we will contact you within one working day to confirm the change prior to despatching the order.

A large percentage of our orders are delivered in 1-2 working days but some goods can take longer if they are delivered direct from the manufacturer or if the item is made to order. Please see each product for further information
Please give us a call if your order is urgent to verify the delivery time or see if a faster delivery is possible (additional costs may apply for larger orders)
The following delivery charges may apply per order:
Under £100.00 - £10.00 + VAT
Over £100.00 - £20.00 + VAT for UK mainland delivery
£30.00 + VAT - UK non-mainland incl. N. Ireland (3 - 5 working days)
£40.00 + VAT - Ireland (5 -7 working days)
For larger items such as platform scales, weigh beams and U-frames the carriage charge varies. Please call for prices
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the current rate. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
All credit card payments are processed by Sellerdeck Payments. Sellerdeck Payments is a secure online payments processing system that has been PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
All our products come with a full one-year return to base warranty. If you do have a problem with the equipment, please contact us and we supply any technical assistance needed or the information needed for return of the equipment for warranty repair. The warranty commences upon the delivery date. Warranty only applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship which occur during normal and proper use. Warranty does not apply to products that are damaged due to misuse, alteration or modification.

For the purposes of data protection legislation, we are the data controller and we will process you personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and national laws.
Please note: This web site is for Business to Business sales so we request that you use your business address and contact details for all orders and do not supply personal data.
In addition to our guarantee, we operate a 14 day money back guarantee for stocked items. In plain terms this means that if you are not satisfied with an item, you can return the item back to us within 14 days, in new condition and in the original packaging and we will refund your money minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10%.
For Non Stocked Items
The manufacturers restocking fee applies when available.
No refund is available for made to order items
Please note that you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage that may be sustained in transit.
